As such, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.<\/p>\n<p>Part payments are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, and at the discretion of Sleepy Hollow Bedroom Centre Ltd, a credit note may be offered.<\/p>\n<p>Mattresses are delivered in sealed hygiene packaging. Once opened, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.<\/p>\n<p>This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><h2 class=\"w-text\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Refunds<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>We will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
