My Story – John Fox

In 1997 John Fox formed Jems Photography. The company became successful and grew quickly coving Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. Soon, it was necessary to acquire the services of several other photographers to work within the business. Over the years, John himself developed and honed a style of photography that was unique to him and not the same as all of the other photographers in the group. A little like all artists paint differently, all photographers see things in a different way. This meant that the style of photography within Jems really wasn’t representative to the style of photography that John Fox was creating. John could see a difference in the work being created and wanted to offer a certain style to his clients.

During the lockdown period of 2020 John has been able to take a look at Jems Photography and has decided now to take his company to the next level. His photographic style has been influenced by many great photographers some of which John has had the pleasure of meeting and training with. Providing a style of photography that he feels captures the love, emotions, along with the storyline of his wedding client’s day all captured in his style. Just as any artist signs his work this has allowed John to now form a new brand -John Fox Wedding Photography and this stunning new logo to brand his work.

John still has one other photographer working for him and this works as the styling is very similar as he also is influenced by the same great photographers that John follows and trains with.
