Booked their wedding in 2022
The journey begins this weekend in Milton Keynes. John will be at the Holiday Inn East Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire for a wedding that was originally booked back in October 2022. The couple met John at the Milton Keynes Wedding Show, hosted by Central Exhibitions, and instantly connected with his approach and portfolio. The pre-wedding shoot for this wedding took place nearly a year ago as the bride loves Bluebells and that the images could be taken in Bluebell woods in Northamptonshire.
Known for many years
On Tuesday, John will travel to the stunning Grantley Hall near Ripon in North Yorkshire for a very special wedding. The bride, Celia, is the former owner of Kilworth House, where John has been a recommended photographer for more than two decades. Celia is also the founder of the Kilworth House Theatre, where John continues to handle all production photography. The groom, Adam, has also known John for many years via Kilworth House Theatre. A talented performer, Adam rose to prominence after winning the talent competition This Is The Moment in 2001. Their wedding promises to be a heartfelt and personal affair, filled with familiar faces and unforgettable moments.
Closer to home
Later in the week, John will be photographing at Cottingham Church in Northamptonshire, before heading to the beautiful Nevill Arms in the Welland Valley of Leicestershire. It’s a true tour of England’s most picturesque locations — from elegant Yorkshire estates to charming countryside inns.
