A Personalised Guest Book for Their Foxtail Barns Wedding
Tia and Kieran’s personalised wedding guest book has arrived and it is now ready for me as their wedding photographer to take to Foxtail Barns in Staffordshire.
The book features portraits from their pre-wedding shoot at Shipley Country Park in Derbyshire. Their family and friends will be able to leave messages during the reception whilst enjoying photographs that already have a special meaning for the couple.
Pre-Wedding Shoot at Shipley Country Park
Before creating the guest book we met for a relaxed pre-wedding shoot at Shipley Country Park in Derbyshire. The bluebell woods were a particularly meaningful choice for Tia.
She had visited these woods with her family for many years. Her relatives live on the other side of the reservoir so the location already had a strong personal connection.
The bluebells also gave us a wonderful setting for their portraits. We could move through the woods and create a varied collection of photographs that felt natural to them.
These portraits have now been printed in their personalised guest book ready for the wedding.
Creating Their Personalised Wedding Guest Book
A pre-wedding shoot gives couples the chance to become more comfortable in front of the camera. It also creates photographs that can become part of their wedding in different ways.
Tia and Kieran chose some of their favourite portraits for their guest book. The design gives each photograph plenty of space whilst leaving room for their guests to write their own messages.
I include a personalised guest book in every wedding package. Using photographs from the pre-wedding shoot gives the book a personal connection to the couple and their story.
Ready for Their Wedding Day
The guest book is now finished and ready to be filled with messages from the people sharing Tia and Kieran’s wedding day.
Their photographs from Shipley Country Park will now have another role to play. Instead of simply being portraits from their pre-wedding session they will become part of the memories created at their wedding.
I am looking forward to seeing the finished book after the celebrations. The photographs will be joined by handwritten messages from their family and friends to create a keepsake they can look back on for years to come.
