A Spring Pre-Wedding Shoot in Rugby
As a Wedding Photographer in Rugby Warwickshire, bluebell season always creates something special. For Jody and Beth’s pre-wedding shoot, I chose a woodland location in Rugby that I know well.
Being local means I know when the bluebells are at their best and where the light works beautifully through the trees. On this occasion, the woodland was full of colour, with soft light adding a calm and natural feel to the images.

A Natural and Relaxed Approach to the Pre-Wedding Shoot
Jody and Beth spent time walking together in the woodland. This allowed the session to unfold naturally, with a focus on real interaction and little direction.
A pre-wedding shoot helps couples feel comfortable in front of the camera. In addition, it builds confidence ahead of the wedding day. As a result, everything feels more relaxed when the day arrives.

Pre-Wedding Images and Your Guest Book
Every package from John Fox Wedding Photography includes a pre-wedding shoot. The images from this session are then used to create a personalised guest book.
On the wedding day, family and friends can leave messages alongside the photographs. This creates a meaningful keepsake that combines both images and memories.
Weddings at Warwick House in Warwickshire
Jody and Beth will marry at Warwick House in Southam, a well known wedding venue in Warwickshire. The venue offers elegant interiors along with beautifully kept gardens, creating a setting that works perfectly for natural wedding photography.
Having photographed many weddings at Warwick House, I understand how the day flows and where the best light can be found. This helps everything run smoothly while capturing moments as they happen.
I also photographed the venue’s first outdoor ceremony around fifteen years ago. Since then, I have continued to work there regularly and document many weddings at the venue.

Looking Ahead to the Wedding Day
The pre-wedding shoot in Rugby forms the beginning of Jody and Beth’s story. It provides a calm contrast to the celebrations ahead in Warwickshire.
As a Wedding Photographer in Rugby Warwickshire, my focus is always on capturing real moments in a natural and timeless way. From pre-wedding shoots through to the wedding day, every part of the story is documented as it unfolds.
