Amy and Karl’s wedding day brought together two of Leicester’s most historic venues. They chose the Leicester Guildhall for their ceremony before moving on to Wygston’s House for their reception, both right in the heart of Leicester City Centre.

After the ceremony, John joined Amy and Karl at the Trinity House Herb Garden in Leicester for extra portraits. This hidden spot provided a calm contrast to the busy city. Wygston’s House Reception
The celebrations then continued at Wygston’s House, another of Leicester’s historic gems. Built in the late 15th century, it remains one of the city’s oldest houses. Over the years it was remodelled, yet it still keeps its timber frame and period features. Today it offers a welcoming and elegant setting for weddings. Therefore, it was the perfect place for Amy and Karl to enjoy their reception surrounded by character and history.
